Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Customer cancellation: You may cancel a prepaid order from your account while the order status is still Order placed (before printing in progress). Once production has started, cancellation is no longer available.
  • Admin cancellation: ZerOhm Labs may cancel an order before delivery for stock, quality, or operational reasons.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after delivery.

2. Refunds for Cancelled Prepaid Orders

All store orders are prepaid. When a cancellation is approved (by you before printing starts, or by ZerOhm Labs before delivery), your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Bank or payment-provider timelines may add a few extra days before the amount appears in your account.

In your order history you will see: Cancelled, then Refund initiated, and finally Refund completed once our team has processed the payout.

3. Delivery Address

We cannot automatically verify delivery addresses. Please double-check your address at checkout — pincode, city, state, phone, and landmarks — before placing your order.

4. Refund Eligibility (Returns)

  • Eligible return approved after inspection
  • Product unavailable after order placement
  • Duplicate payment made by customer
  • Non-delivery due to internal logistics issues

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Customer changes mind after shipment
  • Minor cosmetic variation not affecting functionality
  • Improper handling by customer
  • Damage after delivery
  • Training/workshop/course fees after registration/access
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Returns without valid proof

6. Refund Processing Timeline (Returns)

Approved return refunds (separate from order cancellation) are generally processed within 5–7 business days, subject to bank/payment provider timelines.

7. Refund Method

Refunds are usually made through the original payment method. Alternate details may be requested if required.

8. Replacement Preference

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, ZerOhm Labs may attempt replacement before issuing a refund.

9. Proof Requirement

Claims may require order ID, payment proof, unboxing video, issue images/videos, and a clear issue description.

10. Training and Workshop Cancellation

Cancellation before confirmation/access may be considered case-by-case. Once access/participation starts, refunds may not be provided.
